We're hiring three werkstudent positions to join our Brandenburg lab and international R&D operations. Work on real hardware, real data, and real problems.
Start September 1. 10–20 hrs/week. EUR 15–20/hr. English-only team. International projects in Germany, Spain, Portugal, and beyond. Direct pathway to Bachelor/Master thesis on real data.
Simulation & Digital Twin Systems
Physics-informed ML, surrogate models for CFD, sensor data pipelines, digital twin development.
Ideal for: Potsdam/CS/Physics students
Process & Systems Engineering
P&ID, CAD, energy/mass balances, thermodynamics, simulation setup. Real industrial projects.
Ideal for: MechE/ChemE/Process Eng students
Autonomous Systems & Sensor Integration
ROS, PLC, microcontrollers. LiDAR/thermal/gas sensor integration. Control loops. Hardware-in-the-loop testing. Real hardware.
Ideal for: Robotics/EE/Control Systems students
Compensation: EUR 15–20/hour, depending on experience and role.
Location: Primary base in Brandenburg, Germany. International projects in Spain, Portugal, Bali. Flexible remote component.
Language: English only. No German language requirement.
Thesis Pathway: Real hardware, real data, real problems. Direct alignment with Bachelor and Master thesis topics across physics, engineering, and computer science.
Start Date: September 1, 2026 (flexible for the right candidate).
